I am a libertarian. I believe the government should be small and stay out of our lives. I believe welfare should be discontinued, social security privatized, and the economy blamed on whose fault it really is – ours. I believe Americans are ripe for a depression, we need to cinch our belts and get another job and stop living on credit cards and buying things we can’t afford because that bigger and shinier thing will make us truly happy. I believe that the government is not supposed to fix us and we as citizens need to grow a pair and fix ourselves.
I am adamantly and passionately pro life. I think abortion is the single most selfish thing a person can do. To value your right to have sex over another being’s right to keep its heartbeat is incomprehensible and despicable to me. I cannot grasp how someone can fight tooth and nail for the right of a cow to graze peacefully, for the right of a convicted murderer to stay alive on death row, but takes the side of death in the fight between a helpless human and a woman who couldn’t keep her pants on. We all have a choice. Pull up your zipper.
I am against the death penalty and torture, no matter what the end result.
I have no real opinion on gay marriage, I say let them do whatever they want. What’s the difference between living together for 50 years and living together for 50 years with tax benefits? This is not a moral issue.
I am a free market capitalist. It is the best economic policy when practiced with moral restraint and generosity.
Americans need to find some moral restraint and generosity.
